Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Manage delivery of national strategies, implementation, and achievement of departmental goals through mentorship and coaching of talent acquisition partners. + Streamline and implement national strategies impacting training, scorecards, recruitment processes and procedures across the Talent Acquisition team. + Conduct regular meetings with ministry stakeholders to identify challenges and optimize processes. + Create compelling storytelling through standard reporting. + Assign tasks, prioritizes and coordinates work.
