What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume or client-facing setting
- Strong understanding of employment law and best hiring practices
- Proven ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to evolving recruitment tools and platforms
