Job Description

🚀 About The Paradigm Shifters (TPS)

We are building a next-generation public blockchain architecture powered by cutting-edge zK (zero-knowledge proof) cryptographic tech. Our modular chain is purpose-built for developers — designed to support advanced use cases in payments, AI agents, and beyond. Backed and built by pioneers in the blockchain space, including the Neo Foundation and a globally distributed team of well-known PhDs, cryptographers, researchers/engineers and leaders. We're in a fully well-funded stealth position, pre-launch with active R&D.

Our team is ~20 strong: Founder, 13 in Research & Consensus Engineering, Founding GTM, Founding People/Ops, Director of Marketing, and a Technical Writer (focused on internal research translation → whitepapers & technical documentation).

🎯 The Role

Location: Remote (APAC); Type: Full-time; Start Date: ASAP

We are hiring a Technical Content Writer focused on external engagement and developer/community communications. Unlike our research-focused writer, this role translates our technology into clear, engaging narratives for the outside world — blogs, tutorials, ecosystem updates, launch milestones, and social platforms.

You will report to our Director of Marketing (SF-based) and work closely with our global research and engineering team. Your mission: make complex ZK and modular blockchain concepts understandable, compelling, and actionable for developers, partners, and the wider crypto community.

You’ll be a key player in shaping our external voice through milestones like initial announcements, pre-testnet campaigns, ecosystem onboarding, and the lead-up to mainnet launch.

🛠️ What You'll Do

  • Write developer-facing content: tutorials, guides, blog posts, and explainers to lower barriers to adoption.
  • Draft external updates on project milestones (testnet, ecosystem partnerships, grants, integrations).
  • Translate technical progress into community-friendly updates on Twitter, Farcaster, Discord, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and marketing to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a cadence for external communications — ensuring our ecosystem stays informed and engaged.
  • Build narratives that connect TPS technology to real-world use cases (payments, AI agents, privacy).

Requirements

✅ You Should Have

  • 6+ years in web3 technical content writing experience for major blockchain projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent technical foundation.
  • Strong written communication skills — clear, structured, and fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in technical writing for external audiences — developers, partners, or crypto ecosystems.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly across multiple tones (deep-technical → general audience).
  • Understand blockchain principles, ZKPs, and distributed systems.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, remote-first, GMT+8 friendly.

💎 Bonus Points

  • Awards, Prizes, Published projects or works
  • Experience launching or growing a blockchain brand content within the ZK or modular infrastructure realm
  • Strategic mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves — sole contributor to start
  • HUGE PLUS if you have community ties to the zK developer/researcher community
  • Go beyond written content to create on Youtube, Twitter, Farcaster, Twitter Spaces, etc.

Benefits

🌍 What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + meaningful token/equity upside to come
  • Global Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy
  • Backing from respected investors and projects from the space
  • Direct collaboration with world-class cryptographers, engineers, and protocol designers
  • The chance to create a brand that becomes iconic in the ZK/crypto space
