Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and identify areas for improvement.
Implement testing frameworks and strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
Conduct manual testing when necessary to validate application functionality.
Track and report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Monitor application performance and analyze test results to provide feedback to teams.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with a focus on automated testing.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or LoadRunner) is a plus.
