Travel: LPN Skilled Nursing

LaFollette, TN

• Blended Hourly Rate: $33 ($8 taxable | $25 non-taxable)
• Weekly Breakdown: $1188 ($288 taxable | $900 stipend)
• Lodging: $550
• Meals & Incidentals: $350

Shift: 12 hrs night (7p-7a)

Requirements

• Must have minimum 2 years' experience as LPN.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in LTC.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in Rehab / Nursing home / Skilled LPN.
• Must be 50 miles away from facility.
• Active TN or Compact state License.
• Must have: BLS.
