Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the design vision is implemented effectively.
Design intuitive and engaging interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and accessibility.
Maintain and improve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus (not mandatory).
