UI/UX Designer (Remote)
Career Consulting Partners is collaborating with a successful injury law firm that offers legal representation to clients on a national scale across the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to lead a transformative initiative to build the best case management software in the legal industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a powerful software product that reimagines how legal professionals manage cases, from intake to resolution.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Own and develop a consistent, coherent design language across the entire application.
- Design seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, build interactive prototypes, and perform user testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and legal stakeholders in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
- Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based frameworks to ensure visual and functional consistency throughout the product.
- Optimize UI/UX for responsiveness, usability, and performance, ensuring the platform functions flawlessly across devices and user scenarios.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably working on complex web or enterprise software.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and polished execution across platforms.
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices.
- Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and responsive design best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile teams.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload .
- Hard-wired Ethernet connection preferred ; if Wi-Fi is used, it must maintain a consistent link speed of ≥ 400 Mbps and reliable coverage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000

LOCATION:
- Irvine, California
- Although this position is fully remote, candidates must be local to Irvine, CA, and available to work on a hybrid schedule, coming into the office as needed.
