Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Wood Dale, Illinois

Role Description:

This part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week, spread across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. (Saturday, and Sunday as needed). Schedule times are typically between 9 am and 6 pm with 6-8 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
• Print and apply barcode labels to products, polybag/bubble wrap products, box products, and other overall product prep and/or bundling/kitting services.
• Perform Pick-and-Pack services using tablets to pick products from storage locations (bins and pallets) and packing them at packing stations into boxes and mailers.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles, machinery and equipment.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current forklift license (preferred).
• High school degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Amazon FBA would be a significant plus.
