Job Title: Web Developer
Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (REMOTE)

Required skills and qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience using Content Management Systems (Drupal)
Experience with HTML5 and CSS
Experience performing website maintenance
Posting and modifying web content
Knowledge of best practices for web creation
Understanding of general responsive design principles and solutions for the modern multi-platform web
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills when interacting with all levels of management, customers, project team and Staff.
High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the project team, staff, and other City Departments.
Experience working respectfully in a culturally-diverse work environment.
Ability to work independently and with teams.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks, and meet deadlines for delivering assigned tasks
Proficiency in writing Technical Documentation.
Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate complex information and data.
Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and Gmail.
