POSITION – Weld Equipment Operator

JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift | 5:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Thursday

STARTING PAY – $17 to $19 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Manufacturing experience preferred; training provided

As a Weld Equipment Operator, you’ll operate pre-set welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a highly repetitive and trainable position, making it ideal for someone who enjoys routine tasks and is looking for job stability. Strong attendance and long-term reliability are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic weld equipment according to work instructions
• Load and unload parts in weld fixtures
• Visually inspect finished welds for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and production procedures

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful but not required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for the duration of your shift
• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
