These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

The Opportunity

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you are responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts by directing and managing activities across multiple work streams and initiatives to a defined scope and budget. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, leveraging your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results, while motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems and develop successful, diverse, and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 8 years of Workday project management experience

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management preferred

- Workday Engagement Manager (EM/PM) certification and related functional certification(s)

- Leading enterprise-wide transformation efforts

- Providing recommendations based on industry experience

- Collaborating across business and technology stakeholders

- Developing integrated project plans

- Monitoring project risks and recommending improvements

- Managing program budgets and monitoring forecasts

- Coaching staff and providing feedback

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
